Paintball Marker
A paintball marker is what is commonly known as the gun.
Along with the actual balls of paint, it is one of the very basic equipment
items for the sport. Their design generally consists of the body, barrel,
hopper, and gas system.
The body of a paintball marker is most commonly constructed from aluminum.
This serves to reduce its weight. The barrel serves to direct the paintball.
It may be constructed from one, two, or three pieces.
The hopper of a paintball marker is also known as its loader. As the
name suggests, it holds the paint and feeds it into the marker for use.
The gas system is what actually propels the paintball through the gun.
